Perinatal Mental Health Support Through Loss, Infertility, and Motherhood
Hi, I'm Natalie. I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida and certified in Perinatal Mental Health, and maternal mental health is where my passion lives.
My path to this work came through my own experience. I'm the mom of two wonderful children, and getting here was not a straight line. I've had six pregnancy losses, navigated secondary infertility, been through multiple IUIs, and had uterine surgery. That journey was often lonely, and it's exactly why I do this work now—to sit with people while their own stories are still unfolding.
How I Work
I'm not here to fix your story or rush you toward the next stage of it. I'm here to walk alongside you while you tell it. What that looks like depends on you—what you're carrying, where you are in the process, and what kind of support actually helps.
A Little About Me
Outside of work, you'll usually find me outdoors or working out. Physical health is an outlet for me and a steady reminder to be grateful for what my body can do. At home, there's my husband, my two kids, and our two dogs.

Who I Work With
-
Infertility takes over your calendar, your body, your relationship, and your sense of what your life was supposed to look like. Whether you're in the early stages of trying, cycling through IUIs or IVF, facing secondary infertility, or recovering from a procedure, I understand the emotional toll of treatment and the strain it can put on a marriage or partnership. You don't have to carry that quietly.
-
Losing a pregnancy is a particular kind of grief—one the world around you often doesn't know how to name, let alone hold. You may be mourning something no one else got to meet, while people expect you to have moved on already. I work with women and families through miscarriage, recurrent loss, and the complicated grief that follows, including the fear and anticipatory anxiety that come with trying again.
