  • Belonging Co is a membership-based perinatal and reproductive mental health program by Her Hope Behavioral Health. We provide accessible mental health care for moms, dads, and new parents through pregnancy, postpartum, pregnancy loss, and reproductive health challenges—without insurance complications.

  • No. Belonging Co is NOT health insurance. It is a direct-pay membership program where you pay Her Hope Behavioral Health directly for mental health services. You should maintain your health insurance for all other medical needs including emergencies, hospitalizations, primary care, and specialist visits.

  • Belonging Co serves moms, dads, new parents, and families navigating:

    • Pregnancy anxiety and prenatal depression

    • Postpartum depression and anxiety (for both parents)

    • Birth trauma and postpartum PTSD

    • Pregnancy loss (miscarriage, stillbirth, TFMR)

    • Infertility and reproductive challenges

    • Perinatal OCD and intrusive thoughts

    • Women's reproductive mental health concerns

    • Partner and couples support during the perinatal period

  • We provide services via secure telehealth to clients in Florida.
