WAITLIST

Perinatal, Reproductive, + Trauma-Focused Therapy

Hi! I'm Jessica. I'm an energetic person, and what I enjoy most about this work is the connection — building the kind of relationship where you feel genuinely heard and understood. A lot of what I do is helping people see their own potential, learn to trust themselves again, and recognize the strength they already have.

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida. I earned both my Bachelor's and Master's of Social Work from Florida International University.

The Work I Do

Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders

I'm trained in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs), which means I work with women through pregnancy and the postpartum period — postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety, intrusive thoughts, and the mental health challenges that can surface during pregnancy itself. If what you're feeling doesn't match what you expected to feel after having a baby, that's worth talking about rather than waiting out.

Infertility and Reproductive Mental Health

I'm also trained in infertility and reproductive mental health for women. The emotional weight of infertility — the treatment cycles, the waiting, the grief, the way it can reshape your relationship and your sense of your own body — is real and often carried in silence. I work with women through fertility treatment, reproductive health challenges, and the losses that can come with them.

Trauma and EMDR

I'm EMDR trained, which gives me a way to help people process trauma that talk therapy alone sometimes can't reach. EMDR is effective for a range of experiences — childhood trauma, medical and birth trauma, loss, and single-incident events that still shape how you move through daily life.

Depression, Anxiety, and Co-Occurring Concerns

For the past six years in an outpatient setting, much of my caseload involved co-occurring disorders, which means I'm comfortable with complexity. Depression, anxiety, and trauma rarely stay in tidy categories; they feed each other, and treating one while ignoring the others tends not to hold.

How I Work

I want you to leave sessions feeling more capable than when you arrived, not more dependent on me. Therapy with me is collaborative — I'll bring what I know, and you bring what you know about your own life, which is always more than I do.

A Little About Me

Outside of work, I'm happiest outdoors — football games, paddle boarding, the beach, and eating.
